Responsibilities

• Cleanse and maintain CRM databases (Hubspot and Salesforce) by removing duplicates, correcting errors, and standardizing information to ensure data integrity
• Support in updating outdated records and enriching existing data using various tools and third-party platforms
• Establish processes to ensure new data entries are accurate and stay up to date
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure data alignment across departments
• Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track the health and effectiveness of the CRM data
