Requirements
- Be proactive and self-motivated, and have the ability to work remotely

- Demonstrate creativity and an eye for design
- Have an intermediate understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Have a beginner understanding of or keen interest in learning website maintenance and content management
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess effective communication and writing skills
- Show enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges
- Be currently enrolled in a degree program from an accredited college / university as a rising junior / senior
- Be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
Responsibilities
- Schedule social media posts
- Assist with content creation and review, including static and video content (FAQs, research)
- Provide light assistance with writing social media content
- Make minor updates to website pages (images, text, links, blog, resources, PDFs)
- Post and add blogs and videos
- Post new gated collateral, including product sheets spec sheets to the website
- Assist with Google Business Profile verification
- Assist with Brand photography project to catalog and create mood boards for brand refresh of the Cologix website. Identify potential imagery from Shutterstock and iStock
- Assist in program development for an employee resource group β development of graphics and content for various events and actives
- Curate and develop a new catalog system for the 2025 image database
- Work with Marketing Operations Coordinator on various projects, including cataloging assets, budget management and asset audit
- Assist with event planning for events, including vendor sourcing, administration and billing
Benefits
Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. Salary Range $23 β $23 USD
