Marketing Intern

Summary

Join Voldex, a leading Roblox game developer, as a Marketing Intern to contribute to the growth of their top games. You will collaborate with marketing, art, product, and analytics teams to optimize player discovery and engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign development, creative testing, social media management, and community engagement. You will analyze campaign performance, create engaging social media content, monitor community sentiment, and collaborate with content creators. Your contributions will directly impact player acquisition and retention. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of on-platform marketing strategies (icons, thumbnails, titles, game pages, and more)
• Help track and analyze campaign performance to uncover insights that improve user acquisition and retention
• Support in drafting and scheduling engaging content for social media channels like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
• Monitor community sentiment and share feedback with game teams
• Engage with content creators for the game(s)
• Collaborate on internal brainstorms and player-facing announcements for upcoming updates or events

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Roblox or other UGC platforms
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools
• Active presence or content creation experience on TikTok, YouTube, or other social channels
• Studying marketing, communications, media, or a related field
