Marketing Intern

Summary

Join Voxy's Field Marketing team as an intern and support the execution of regional and global marketing campaigns and events. You will assist in content creation, translation, and localization, maintain marketing dashboards, and track key performance metrics. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, fluency in Portuguese and advanced English, and comfort working remotely in a multicultural environment. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Creative, proactive, autonomous, and a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent Portuguese, Advanced English
• Comfortable working in a remote and multicultural environment

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of regional and global marketing campaigns and events (online and in-person), including: Vendor research, quotation, and management; Logistics coordination; Content creation; Alignment with internal and external stakeholders; Database cleaning; Post-event reporting
• Assist in the creation, review, and translation/localization of content
• Support the maintenance and monitoring of marketing dashboards and help track and report on key performance metrics
• Collaborate and support ongoing communication with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and freelancers to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with event coordination and/or content production, through academic or extracurricular experiences, is a strong plus
• Interest in learning and using marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Sheets, Google Looker, among others. Prior knowledge of these tools is considered a strong advantage
• Spanish, Italian, or other language skills are a plus
