Marketing Operations Intern

Summary

The job is for a part-time Marketing Operations Intern at FMX, a fast-growing company in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves assisting with marketing operations, data management, creating reports, and improving automation processes using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Zapier, Typeform, and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Resourcefulness in finding answers to questions and learning from others

Responsibilities

• Establish and perform data cleanup/audits within in Marketo alongside our Manager of Marketing Operations to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Create programs in Marketo and Salesforce to accurately track lead generation from our Field Marketing events
• Create and audit insightful reports in Salesforce to support marketing and sales strategies
• Assist with improving automation processes within Marketo, optimizing workflows and increasing efficiency across the Operations and Marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and visualization
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proven experience working in a deadline-driven environment with great results
• Enjoy experimenting with new technologies and processes
• Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Zapier, Typeform, and Microsoft Excel
