Sales Operations Intern

Summary

The job is for a Sales Operations Intern at Back Market's Cross-Border Supply Team. The intern will support the Seller Success Operations Manager by coordinating communications between internal teams, leading on seller education webinars, and developing Chinese content library among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have good organization & communication skills, be detail-oriented, patient, interested in engaging with small to medium size businesses and e-commerce, and fluent in English and Mandarin.

Requirements

• Looking for a 6-months internship
• English and Mandarin are no-brainers (fully professional capability in English, Native in Mandarin)

Responsibilities

• Support the Seller Success Operations Manager to coordinate communications between internal functional teams (quality, logistics, finance, legal etc) and business team
• Be part of the taskforce to lead on seller education webinars and develop Chinese content library
• Master APAC social communication tools
• Build up effective communication mechanisms on Wechat by setting up auto-replies or keywords detection
• Work with translation agency and coordinate with internal stakeholders on content translation
• Mass manage a group of sellers, regularly support them on policy updates, quality alerts, and after sales claims etc
• Gather seller feedbacks in a systematic way, validate by probing internal data, identify common frictions and turn them into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Good organization & communication skills
• Detail-oriented and patient to build a project from start to finish, and have a lot of drive with a can-do attitude
• Interested in engaging with small to medium size businesses and e-commerce
• Experience in content creation and live broadcasting is a plus
• Fast-growing start up preferred
• Salesforce, SQL and/or Tableau experience is a plus, but readiness to learn a must
