Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or a related role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira) and an understanding of marketing processes
  • Experience supporting internal marketing functions or cross-functional marketing efforts
  • Background in digital marketing or familiarity with e-commerce and DTC (Direct to Consumer) environments
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional marketing projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and on-time delivery of results
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing teams and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration across departments
  • Owner of marketing project management tools
  • Partner with internal teams such as Creative, Social Media, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to streamline workflows and support project execution
  • Assist in managing marketing calendars, tracking deliverables, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on key initiatives
  • Provide operational and administrative support for internal events, brand activations, and campaign-related activities
  • Collaborate with marketing leads to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and project quality
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions, helping to define project scopes, set priorities, and establish goals that align with broader business objectives
  • Support teams with ad-hoc project management needs, such as event planning, partnership activation, and campaign reporting
  • Provide regular project updates to marketing leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, roadblocks, and critical successes
  • Create documentation for project reviews, capturing lessons learned to inform future initiatives
  • Develop and distribute post-project performance reports, offering insights to optimize future strategies
