Requirements

• 4+ years in technical operations & project management in a fast paced environment
• Proven experience as a Notion Consultant or expert, with demonstrated experience in workspace setup, customization, workflow optimization, and automation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and guide team members in using tools and systems

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain project documentation in Notion, including SOPs, task lists, project timelines, and status reports
• Manage and execute processes related to internal databases to ensure all relevant team members can access the system and perform necessary tasks
• Ensure the structure and organization of Notion databases such as Meta Optimization, PSM Weekly Report, and Creative Asset Management tools, driving improvements for team-wide adoption
• Design and implement tailored Notion workspaces that meet the specific needs of various teams, including intuitive layouts and efficient workflows
• Conduct workflow audits and develop solutions to streamline and improve operational efficiency using Notion
• Set up automation systems within Notion, integrating it with other tools and platforms to replace repetitive, manual tasks
• Oversee internal AI Bots, including updates to its Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensuring compliance information remains accurate and accessible
• Collaborate with marketing team leads on updates and provide guidance to team members on its use
• Provide ongoing training and resources to teams, ensuring proper adoption and utilization of Notion and other operational tools
• Lead team workshops and troubleshooting sessions to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of systems
• Add and update training videos for the Marketing Services team in the Notion-based onboarding system
