Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience working in digital project management
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an agency or client-facing environment
  • Job experience working with digital marketing and/or agencies and familiarity with common terminology
  • Natural-born problem solver.. You create solutions, not problems. You use empathy, logic, and imagination to make sense of a situation and come up with an intelligent solution
  • Organized and love yourself for it.. You love creating (and completing!) task lists. You hate messes. You possess excellent planning & organization skills and are good at turning your workflows into repeatable processes
  • Solid PM Foundation.. You understand basic project management principles including how to run a meeting, how to break big work down into small tasks, how to under-promise & over-deliver, how to mitigate risks, etc
  • Communicator Extraordinaire.. Intuitive, adaptable, and collaborative communication and interpersonal ability. You demonstrate stellar stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Proactive.. You are experienced at identifying risks & resolving issues, escalating as needed to senior leadership across an entire portfolio of client projects
  • Live in the details.. Solid problem-solving skills with a high attention to the little things. You bring clarity to chaos
  • Wear many hats.. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and manage programs

Responsibilities

  • Establish project management standards and workflows for the agency
  • Schedule and attend regular meetings with clients and media buyers to stay informed and update clients on the status of any open long-term projects
  • Create meeting agendas
  • Take + distribute meeting notes and action items
  • Develop the milestones, tasks and timelines for projects that require coordinating with clients and/or contractors
  • Identify key risks to result delivery and develop practical risk mitigation plans
  • Following projects’ progress and bypassing problems using risk mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with internal team to manage contractor resources & budgets within accounts and across clients, and blocking for team members when appropriate
  • Coordinate creation of client presentations, ensuring that SME and media buyer updates are transformed into client-ready deliverables
  • Problem-solve and produce creative solutions for cross-functional project team members
  • Contribute project management skills to internal projects as necessary
