Requirements

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, including SaaS/tech industry exposure
  • Proven expertise in project management, marketing strategy, and execution
  • Leadership experience with team management and development
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) & marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, SEMrush, SEO/SEM tools
  • Familiarity with CMS (WordPress), CRM (Salesforce), and social media platforms
  • Budget management and strategic resource allocation experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources
  • Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social media) from strategy to execution
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, developers) to ensure alignment
  • Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize marketing spend
  • Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and gathering feedback
  • Define and analyze KPIs, leveraging insights to refine strategies
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring quality, consistency, and SEO optimization
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools for campaign efficiency
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and growth
  • Ensure brand consistency and drive brand awareness initiatives
