Join Invesp, a conversion rate optimization (CRO) agency, as a Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager! Lead and oversee digital marketing and conversion optimization projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained. You will coordinate with internal teams, assign tasks, monitor workloads, and refine project management processes. The ideal candidate is a structured, detail-oriented leader with 5+ years of experience in project management within IT or marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience with US clients in an agency environment. This full-time, fully remote role offers a competitive salary ($3,000-$3,500 per month), paid time off, and the opportunity to work with a passionate team on impactful projects. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within IT or Marketing
  • Experience collaborating with US clients and working in an agency environment
  • Organisation skills & strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal English skills + excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills - we need a proactive person who takes initiative!
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee digital marketing and conversion optimization projects from start to finish
  • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining top-notch quality standards
  • Identify and resolve potential roadblocks to keep projects moving forward
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including UX designers, developers, and marketing specialists
  • Assign tasks and make sure the right resources are focused on the right priorities
  • Monitor and balance team workloads for maximum efficiency
  • Refine and optimize project management processes to improve productivity
  • Maintain quality control to ensure all deliverables align with client objectives
  • Analyze project performance and implement improvements where needed
  • Anticipate risks and proactively develop solutions to prevent delays
  • Document project progress and prepare reports for internal teams and clients
  • Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on project status and adjustments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with website development, A/B testing, analytics tools, or UX design
  • Familiarity with CRO, SEO, paid advertising, and UX/UI best practice
