Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management within IT or Marketing
- Experience collaborating with US clients and working in an agency environment
- Organisation skills & strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English skills + excellent communication skills

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee digital marketing and conversion optimization projects from start to finish
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining top-notch quality standards
- Identify and resolve potential roadblocks to keep projects moving forward
- Coordinate with internal teams, including UX designers, developers, and marketing specialists
- Assign tasks and make sure the right resources are focused on the right priorities
- Monitor and balance team workloads for maximum efficiency
- Refine and optimize project management processes to improve productivity
- Maintain quality control to ensure all deliverables align with client objectives
- Analyze project performance and implement improvements where needed
- Anticipate risks and proactively develop solutions to prevent delays
- Document project progress and prepare reports for internal teams and clients
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on project status and adjustments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with website development, A/B testing, analytics tools, or UX design
- Familiarity with CRO, SEO, paid advertising, and UX/UI best practice
