Marketing Project Manager

Summary

Join Xtrudex, a growing company, as a part-time, remote Project Manager. This 3-month contract position (with potential for extension) focuses on streamlining marketing operations, starting with the Booē brand. You will manage Asana workflows, track project timelines, support resource management, and potentially lead weekly meetings. The role requires strong project management experience, advanced Asana proficiency, and excellent communication skills. This is an opportunity to significantly impact operational efficiency within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, starting at approximately 5-7 hours per week.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably with marketing teams
• Advanced proficiency with Asana, including workflow creation and tool integration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to diplomatically hold team members accountable, including senior leadership
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Advanced Asana expertise (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage our Asana workflow, including building custom workflows and integrating with other tools
• Track project timelines and hold team members accountable to deadlines
• Support resource management by helping identify, screen, and engage specialized contractors
• Manage tasks for both project-based and ongoing contractors
• Potentially run weekly marketing meetings when needed
• Bring order to our fast-paced startup environment
• Research and implement improved operational processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing external contractors
• Experience with cloud server solutions
