Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing and retention strategies to engage leads and customers
• Create automated email and SMS campaigns to deliver promotional messages and drive conversions
• Manage Salesforce reports and optimize CRM segmentation for targeted outreach
• Oversee monthly newsletter creation and content distribution
• Track marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal teams to enhance marketing tools and strategies
• Utilize data scraping and lead enrichment strategies to expand outreach efforts
• Maintain and update social media accounts with content
