Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
  • Strong Experience with HubSpot as a primary tool for Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategy plans, aligning with the company's established goals
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Monitor trends and analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement
  • Plan, design, and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows
  • Segment audiences for personalized outreach and lead nurturing
  • Track key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Build and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to develop content that drives conversions
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot to track campaign success
  • Conduct A/B testing for email subject lines, ad creatives, and landing pages
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social)
