Requirements
- Previous working experience as a Marketing Specialist for 4 years
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods
- Applicable knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools
- Hands-on experience with marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM(HubSpot is preferred)) and applications (Google Analytics,Social media business account management ,Graphic design software is a plus - Adobe, Canva, etc)
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Leverage data analytics to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights
- Use this data to support decision-making within the marketing team and to align marketing activities with broader revenue objectives
- Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels
- Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
- Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
- Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement
- Assist marketing managers in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics
- Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
- Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
- Planned and executed initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities
- Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market
- Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
