Summary

Join our team as a Sourcing and Marketing Specialist to manage candidate messaging across various platforms. You will own the candidate messaging strategy and execution, crafting and optimizing campaigns to attract exceptional candidates. Responsibilities include writing and A/B testing outbound sequences, building vertical-specific messaging frameworks, creating compelling subject lines and CTAs, and launching email campaigns using various tools. You will track campaign performance, iterate on messaging based on data, and collaborate with sourcing and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a marketer who understands sourcing or a sourcer who understands marketing, obsessed with performance, and experienced with outbound/email tools. This is a fully remote position with a 9 AM - 5 PM EST schedule.

  • Obsessed with performanceโ€”you test, tweak, and improve constantly
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo or other outbound/email tools
  • A strong communicator who can write, edit, and push campaigns live

Responsibilities

  • Craft and Manage Campaign Messaging: Write and A/B test outbound sequences for Instantly and Ashby. Build vertical-specific messaging frameworks and templates. Create compelling subject lines, CTAs, and messaging that drive engagement, clicks, and replies
  • Execute Candidate Email Campaigns: Launch and manage email campaigns using Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar, and/or Ashby. Own regular candidate newsletters and role update emails. Coordinate UTM tagging, segmentation, and performance reporting
  • Drive Conversion with Testing + Optimization: Track open rates, reply rates, CTRs, and conversion to applications. Iterate on messaging and design based on performance data. Share learnings with sourcers and marketing regularly to optimize future campaigns
  • Partner with Sourcing + Marketing: Align messaging tone and timing with the employer brand. Use recruiter feedback and role urgency to prioritize campaigns. Collaborate with marketing on visual content, brand design, and copy testing

Preferred Qualifications

Design + Visual Asset Support (Preferred but not required): Design campaign layouts or visuals in Canva or Figma. Improve visual presentation of candidate newsletters and outbound messaging
