  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media, Communications, Political Science, Economics, or a related field
  • 4-7 years related experience
  • Strong interest and/or understanding of key policy areas including sustainability, education, health, and government effectiveness
  • Experience in digital content creation, marketing analytics, and campaign execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high levels of autonomy
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar creative tools
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal authors and consulting teams to promote case studies, leadership reflections, and event participation in a clear, informative, and brand-aligned voice
  • Translate content ideas into actionable multi-channel marketing campaigns, identifying relevant formats and sequencing across digital channels (linkedin, email, web, advertising)
  • Align campaigns with DA’s strategic goals working across teams to shape compelling messaging that speaks to prospective clients’ needs
  • Lead the development of DA’s first external newsletter, a new global marketing channel targeting policymakers and social sector leaders
  • Build out content workflows, define newsletter structure, and work within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to design, automate, and optimize email campaigns
  • Manage freelancers and creative vendors to ensure high-quality, timely content delivery
  • Serve as point of contact for DA’s website agency, coordinating ongoing updates, enhancements, and publishing processes
  • Ensure DA’s digital presence remains up-to-date, managing updates to website as needed
  • Work directly with consulting partners, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to align marketing efforts with key initiatives and timelines
  • Lead on content calendar management, ensuring coordinated execution across channels, campaigns, and regions
  • Proactively manage up—balancing competing priorities, flagging risks, and keeping key initiatives on track
  • Oversee key marketing operations, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination
  • Track and report on marketing performance using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
