Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a marketing specialist or digital marketer with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, and others
  • Experience designing and creating promotional materials, website copy, and communication templates
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tailored marketing strategies that align with the business goals
  • Identify and target key customer segments, craft campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions
  • Develop and execute campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media
  • Develop creative content such as social media posts and website copy
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels
  • Design and produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and banners to support marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that all materials reflect the brand’s visual identity and messaging effectively
  • Create and optimize engaging website content, including landing pages, product descriptions, blog posts, and calls-to-action (CTAs)
  • Work with web developers to ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligns with overall marketing objectives
  • Develop internal communication templates for team announcements and project updates
  • Create external communication templates for emails, newsletters, press releases, and client outreach
  • Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and aligned with the brand voice
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns (KPIs such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates)
  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing strategies
