Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, etc.)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and organization

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely campaign delivery
• Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials
• Create visual materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite (if applicable)
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
• Gather insights to improve campaign performance and inform strategies
• Support the management of social media accounts by posting updates, responding to comments, and analyzing performance
• Assist in email marketing initiatives, including designing campaigns and managing mailing lists
• Help plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, or webinars
• Coordinate logistics and support on-site or virtual event management
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation
• Prepare reports to evaluate the success of marketing efforts
