Marketing Teaching Assistant

Summary

Join Campus as a fully remote Teaching Assistant and contribute to our mission of expanding access to affordable, high-quality education. You will support 30-40 students in online business or general education courses, acting as a teacher, mentor, and coach. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and prior teaching or tutoring experience at the college level. The time commitment is 8-10 hours per week, with responsibilities including leading discussion sections, holding office hours, and grading assignments. Compensation is competitive, and you'll have the flexibility to create a teaching schedule that suits your needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Teaching or tutoring experience in a college-level business or general education course

Responsibilities

• Work to support a group of 30-40 students online within one of our business or general education courses
• Act as a teacher, mentor, and coach to students as they learn new skills and develop as professionals
• Attend lectures within the 11 week term (held between 9:00am-1:00pm ET or 6:00pm-10:00pm ET)
• Lead discussion sections once per week
• Host 1-hour of office hours per week
• Grade for 30-40 students per course

Preferred Qualifications

• Current graduate student or business professional
• Experience teaching or tutoring online
• Ability to TA for multiple quarters and/or multiple discussion sections

Benefits

• $2,000 per 4-credit course/11 week quarter
• $1,185 per 1-2 credit course/11 week quarter
