Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in sales operations or support
• Fluency in Hungarian and upper-intermediate English skills (B2 level)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines
• Proactive mindset with a solid understanding of sales processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee lead distribution, prioritize daily calls, and manage deals
• Maintain and update CRM, other systems, and telephony systems, addressing technical issues and ensuring accurate data
• Track KPIs, provide feedback, compile reports, and calculate salaries
• Support employee onboarding by conducting training sessions on using CRM and payment systems
• Manage schedules, payment reconciliations, access control, and course reminders
• Monitor call recordings, check lead quality, and ensure compliance with processes
• Assist with contracts, handle database updates, and maintain key operational spreadsheets
