Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• +7 years of proven experience as a trainer and content developer focusing on adult learning methodologies, preferably in multi-business companies or digital marketing academies
• Strong proficiency in creating diverse training content, including live sessions, virtual trainings, and multimedia materials (videos, infographics, etc)
• A solid understanding of marketing concepts (customer acquisition, retention & growth concepts) and the ability to convey technical information effectively will be highly valued for the role
• Previous experience as a Growth Marketer or Creative Strategist will be highly valued
• Proactive mindset in identifying and addressing training needs to optimize contributor performance
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Align Training with Company Objectives: Stay abreast of the company's quarterly, semi-annual, and annual objectives to design and implement effective training solutions across a spectrum of marketing topics
• Content Development: Excel in creating dynamic content for live and virtual training sessions, including curated readings, videos, and other multimedia materials, ensuring a diverse and engaging learning experience. Own the design, development, and maintenance of the training platform
• Conduct Training Sessions: Conduct both large-scale and personalized training sessions, demonstrating adaptability to diverse audience needs and fostering an environment conducive to active learning
