Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and editing, preferably with a focus on video content
• Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and tools
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for jiujitsu and familiarity with the jiujitsu community
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Editing: Create and edit short-form content from our existing video library of previously recorded podcasts
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and build a strong relationship with our audience. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts
• Creative Asset Development: Design and create visually appealing assets to promote our podcast and grow our subscriber and follower base. This includes graphics, social media posts, and promotional materials
• Audience Engagement: Interact with our audience on social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community among our followers
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to content, email campaigns, and social media engagement. Use insights to drive continuous improvement
