Requirements

• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts for businesses or personal brands
• Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, video editing, and caption writing
• Familiarity with Instagram’s algorithm, insights, and growth strategies
• Ability to create visually appealing and cohesive content that aligns with the brand's aesthetic
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to authenticate and interact with audiences
• Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or other content creation software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Instagram activities, including posting, commenting, and direct messaging
• Create, edit, and publish engaging and on-brand content for Instagram (posts, stories, reels)
• Collaborate with the team to develop a social media content calendar
• Monitor Instagram trends and best practices to ensure our strategy remains current
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community
• Track and analyze Instagram metrics to adjust strategies as needed for growth
• Assist with social media content creation for other platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) as needed
• Stay up to date on emerging trends in social media and content marketing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other social media platforms is a plus
