  • Proficiency in managing complex projects and multitasking
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work remotely full-time, adhering to a schedule of 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within our client base, focusing on our marketplace's unique offerings
  • Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, offering tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency
  • Conduct market research to align marketplace strategies with industry trends and customer demands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Optimize marketplace listings for better search and conversion, ensuring high-quality product presentations
  • Clearly present the value of marketplace products, tailored to each build type and builder's process
  • Work closely with Onboarding, Implementation, and Engineering teams for the latest feature updates and marketplace enhancements
  • Support the efficient fulfillment of client orders and seamless integration of new products for existing clients
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for revenue expansion
  • Provide actionable insights to customers on the impact of Canibuild Marketplace solutions
  • Monitor key performance indicators to report on marketplace performance and drive improvement
  • Develop and deliver training and resources to maximize marketplace engagement and success
  • Establish a feedback loop with clients for new product integration, using feedback to improve offerings
