Product Marketing Manager

Summary
Join Strapi as a Product Marketing Manager to drive growth for both the open-source project and paid products. You will craft and execute marketing strategies targeting developers, collaborating with the VP of Marketing and Head of Demand Generation. Responsibilities include overseeing product launch campaigns, customer marketing, building AI agents for messaging, training the sales team, and creating compelling content. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of product marketing experience in software (preferably web development or open-source), strong understanding of developer personas, and excellent communication skills. Location is remote from select European countries. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing in the software industry, preferably in web development or open-source software
- Strong understanding of the developer persona and web development tools, technologies, and trends
- Experience building AI agents or leveraging Gen AI solutions for product marketing initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in creating product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in creating and managing content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video tutorials
- Love challenging and deep complex solving environments
Responsibilities
- Oversee product launch campaigns for various product CMS, Cloud, and Marketplace in partnership with the product team
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Head of Demand Generation to execute OKRs and initiatives
- Oversee customer marketing and create compelling case studies
- Build and maintain AI agents to scale messaging efforts, stay aligned with market positioning, and gather competitive intelligence
- Train and enable the sales team on new product launches, develop sales collateral, and support ecosystem partners with assets and promotional efforts
