Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or a related role
• Strong proficiency in ERP and data management systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data management
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, and quality control processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and validate master data related to customers, vendors, and products to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Monitor and enforce data governance policies and procedures to uphold data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, etc.) to support data-related initiatives
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in master data records
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to data management
• Assist in system implementations, migrations, and enhancements by providing master data expertise
• Generate reports and analyze master data trends to support business decision-making
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on master data management best practices
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data governance and management processes

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is a plus
