Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project scheduling or logistics, ideally within the construction or data center industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex schedules and overcoming unforeseen challenges
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools
• Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master schedules for raw material delivery for multiple data center projects, considering lead times, material availability, and project milestones
• Analyze project specifications and identify material requirements, proactively forecasting needs and securing timely procurement
• Coordinate with internal teams (Project Management, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure seamless delivery and availability of materials on-site
• Track material deliveries and manage any discrepancies or delays, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as required to prevent bottlenecks and maintain project timelines
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and communication of schedule updates
• Communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors
• Participate in regular project meetings and provide accurate status reports on material management

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
• Proficiency in scheduling software and related planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, utilizing spreadsheets and data visualization tools
