Summary

Join Kodify, a successful video content production company, and become a Media Buyer. This role involves hands-on management and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms. You will collaborate with the Lead Ad Developer and Analyst to drive high-quality traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in high-volume, performance-driven media buying, a strong understanding of traffic acquisition, and proficiency in using relevant platforms. Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience media buying in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
  • Proven success running campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of traffic acquisition, funnel strategy, and user behavior
  • Deep familiarity with campaign structures, split testing, and creative rotation logic
  • Comfort using platforms like Voluum, Tableau, Google Analytics or similar
  • Clear communicator who’s proactive in collaborating with creative and analytics team
  • Analytical mindset—but also someone who knows how to move fast, test smart, and think like a marketer

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns (across platforms like TrafficJunky, ExoClick, Google, etc.)
  • Launch, scale, and test campaigns with a focus on KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROI, and CPA
  • Handle audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, placements, and ad scheduling
  • Collaborate with the Analyst to dig into performance data, identify opportunities, and monitor funnel behavior
  • Work with the Lead Ad Developer and Analyst to test new creatives and communicate what’s working (and what isn’t)
  • Tailor buying strategy by GEO, device, platform, and user behavior trends
  • Coordinate landing page testing and performance tracking with the broader sales and analytics tea
  • Monitor competitive activity, market shifts, and traffic trends to stay ahead of the curve
  • Manage and maintain campaign hygiene: proper UTM tracking, ad ID setup, blacklist/whitelist, etc
