Requirements

  • 1 year of experience working with media, focusing on media strategy development
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to extract actionable insights
  • Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with various stakeholders
  • Academic background in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Intermediate English. It will be necessary to work on documents and occasional meetings

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of offline media campaign strategy, creating media plans based on audience, market, and competitor data to generate interest (Awareness, consideration, and engagement)
  • Approve and monitor the implementation of offline media campaigns focusing on TV, radio, OOH, and print
  • Support the management of the media agency, developing briefs, evaluating strategies, monitoring delivery, and material production
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs to maximize results, evaluating impact and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Help create presentations on campaign strategy, monitoring, and results in conjunction with other areas to understand the impact on the business
  • Provide support and guidance to team members and interacting areas, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Work closely with communication, creative, and technology teams to ensure campaign quality
  • Seek and propose new media formats and partners to enhance creative delivery
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify new media opportunities
