Summary
Join Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth firm, as a Retail Marketing Strategist and own the execution, performance, and growth of Amazon & retail PPC advertising campaigns. You will work hand-in-hand with account leadership, ideate and evolve strategies, and own reporting, optimizations, and client communication. Responsibilities include managing campaigns across various clients, providing data analysis and action plans, participating in team scrums and training, and continuously improving campaign performance. You will maintain excellent communication with internal and external teams and contribute to the development of training materials. Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to enhance workflows. This role requires 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on experience with Amazon/Retail search advertising. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience. 1-2 years in agency setting preferred
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon / Retail search advertising, Google paid search advertising, or similar
- Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Amazon Ad Console Walmart Connect Instacart Ads Criteo Retail CitrusAd
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently

Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon & retail search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes
- Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data from Amazon Ad Console & other retail media platforms, tying into overall retail business performance
- Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge
- Continuously seek to improve campaign performance & business impact against client goals
- Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients
- Participate in the development process for new department training materials
- Seek to utilize available AI and delegation resources to assist in their workflow wherever possible
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
