Summary
Join Power Digital as a Retail Marketing Strategist and manage Amazon & retail PPC advertising campaigns, ensuring client success and aligning efforts with broader business goals. You will be responsible for campaign execution, performance, and growth, working closely with account leadership to develop and refine strategies. Responsibilities include reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, and bid optimizations. You will provide insights and forward-thinking strategies to clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of the service's strategy and performance drivers. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting, and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon/Retail search advertising. Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite is required. Success in this role will be measured by revenue and EBITDA per team member metrics, client churn rate, and excellence in channel production and account performance.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon / Retail search advertising, Google paid search advertising, or similar
- Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Amazon Ad Console Walmart Connect Instacart Ads Criteo Retail CitrusAd
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed

Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon & retail search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes
- Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data from Amazon Ad Console & other retail media platforms, tying into overall retail business performance
- Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge
- Continuously seek to improve campaign performance & business impact against client goals
- Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients
- Participate in the development process for new department training materials
- Seek to utilize available AI and delegation resources to assist in their workflow wherever possible
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
