Join Golden Proportions Marketing as a Digital Marketing Strategist and lead a team of performance marketers. You will manage and optimize various digital marketing campaigns, develop full-funnel strategies, analyze data to boost ROI, and mentor the team. The role requires 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing with 2+ years in leadership, hands-on experience with significant ad spend, and expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, and Looker Studio. This is a full-time, fully remote position with a salary of $3,000-$4,000 per month and 20 days of PTO. The ideal candidate is a strategic, empathetic leader who is comfortable in fast-paced agency settings. The role requires a 100% commitment and is not suitable for part-time or freelance work.
Requirements
- 5β7+ years in digital marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with $100k+ monthly ad spend with multiple clients
- Expert with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, and Looker Studio
- Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing agency settings
- Strong command of paid media strategy, analytics, and testing
- Strategic, empathetic, and confident leader who mentors well
- Clear communicator whoβs comfortable making decisions
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SEO, PPC, funnels (from top to bottom), email, and social media campaigns
- Develop full-funnel digital strategies that drive engagement and conversions
- Analyze audience data and KPIs to refine strategies and boost ROI
- Set benchmarks and monitor performance for ROAS, CPL, CAC, and more
- Conduct audits to improve quality, creativity, and efficiency
- Improve landing pages, funnels, and CRO
- Work closely with creatives to deliver compelling ad messaging
- Lead and mentor the performance team for excellent execution and growth
- Act as the go-to expert on paid media for internal and client strategy
- Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and beta programs
