Requirements

• Experience working with Medical Facilities
• Experience managing medical appointments
• Experience in appointment setting or sales prospecting
• Expertise in email marketing and messaging strategies
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tools
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet targets independently
• Resilient and adaptable with strong organizational skills
• Laptop/Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with a 10 Mbps+ internet connection
• Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Responsibilities

• Identify decision-makers within target companies and secure appointments for our sales executive
• Engage potential clients via email to introduce our products/services and gauge interest
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges
• Build rapport with decision-makers and present reasons to schedule appointments
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with the sales team to align on target accounts and strategies
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales funnel
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
