The job also requires a stable and high-speed internet connection, an own PC/laptop with specific system requirements, headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution, and a designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Lead generation Specialist preferably for U.S.-based clients
  • Previous experience using the HubSpot platform
  • Demonstrated track record of over-achieving targets
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources as well as industry best practices
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Goal-focused, proactive with strong work ethics
  • Proficiency with different tools and cloud-based platforms such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems
