Summary
The job description is for a Sales Assistant role in a dynamic sales team. The employee will be responsible for developing professional referral networks, setting appointments, conducting follow-ups, cold calling, and building targeted lists to support the overall sales strategy. The required qualifications include at least 2 years of experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Lead generation Specialist preferably for U.S.-based clients, excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, experience with email marketing, goal-focused, proactive with strong work ethics, proficiency with different tools and cloud-based platforms such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems. The job also requires a stable and high-speed internet connection, an own PC/laptop with specific system requirements, headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution, and a designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Lead generation Specialist preferably for U.S.-based clients
- Previous experience using the HubSpot platform
- Demonstrated track record of over-achieving targets
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources as well as industry best practices
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Experience with email marketing
- Goal-focused, proactive with strong work ethics
- Proficiency with different tools and cloud-based platforms such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems
