Requirements

  • MD/DO
  • Board certified in internal medicine or family medicine, required
  • 5+ years of clinical practice experience post residency, preferably in an outpatient setting
  • 2+ years designing and launching condition management programs, preferably in a health tech setting
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders in a health tech setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical program inception, design, development, and implementation to meet client requirements for novel care programs and for the expansion of preexisting programs
  • Shepherd the creation of programs focused on the longitudinal management of chronic and complex conditions
  • Leverage a network of clinical subject matter experts, including specialists. physicians, to identify program framework requirements and develop patient and provider facing content
  • Manage a small team of direct reports tasked with the tactical requirements necessary to bring a program to life
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in R&D (product, engineering), operations, customer success, and finance
  • Review team output to ensure clinical rigor and a high standard of care

Preferred Qualifications

Experience providing obesity or menopause care is a plus, but is not required
