Requirements
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sales, particularly in the insurance industry
- Willingness to obtain an Active Health Insurance License (Clearlink will cover all testing and licensing expenses)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Prior experience in sales is required
- Overtime, including weekends, may be required throughout the duration of AEP
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the intricacies of Medicare healthcare plans to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions
- Participate in training programs to develop sales skills and product knowledge
- Shadow experienced agents to gain practical insights into the sales process and customer interactions
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to enhance your sales techniques and customer service skills
- Strive to meet and exceed training milestones and performance goals
