Summary

Join Menopause Care as a Menopause Care Nurse to provide exceptional online consultations to women experiencing perimenopause and menopause. This 3-5 day per week role (including Fridays) involves conducting initial and follow-up consultations, prescribing treatments, and tailoring care to individual needs. You will contribute to developing the best patient experience and have opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate possesses significant women's health experience, menopause care knowledge, and strong communication skills. Requirements

• Significant experience in women’s health, with specific knowledge of perimenopause and menopause care
• A nurse prescriber with confidence and competence in prescribing treatments for menopause
• A warm, empathetic communicator who ensures patients feel heard and cared for
• A proactive, self-motivated professional who is passionate about improving the menopause experience for women
• Experience delivering online consultations, providing care remotely with the same warmth as in person

Responsibilities

• Conduct online consultations to support women through perimenopause and menopause
• Prescribe treatments directly from consultations, tailoring care to each patient’s needs
• Help develop the best patient experience for women choosing to see our nurses

Preferred Qualifications

• British Menopause Society Advanced Certificate
• Experience working in dynamic or entrepreneurial environments
• Familiarity with Semble software (training will be provided)
