Summary
Join Two Chairs, a leading mental health system, and make a difference in people's lives. As a mental health clinician, you will provide virtual, evidence-based psychotherapy to adult clients. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, maintaining accurate documentation, participating in consultations, and collaborating with other providers. This full-time position requires a California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist), at least two years of clinical experience with adults, and teletherapy experience. Requirements
- Licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
- At least six months of teletherapy experience
- Available for session hours from 8am and 9pm (PST), Monday through Friday
- Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
- Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc
- Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
Responsibilities
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Work a 45-hour full-time schedule, which includes a 1-hour lunch break and: Average of 25 attended sessions per week (scheduling approx. 28 to account for cancellations) Hours between 8am and 9pm (PST), Monday through Friday
- Deliver virtual, evidence-based psychotherapy for individual adults (18+) with varying levels of acuity that can be safely and effectively served with once-a-week teletherapy
- Facilitate client consult appointments as needed based on business need
- Participate in weekly case consultation and wellness hours, monthly wellness groups and professional development
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
- Provide exceptional care to clients while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality, including utilizing HIPAA-compliant platforms, adhering to all internal policies and procedures, and maintaining professional codes of ethics
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
