Summary

Join MOO as a commercially focused Optimisation & Merchandising Assistant to support exciting projects in 2025. This 8-month contract role involves working with various teams, from launching new products to analyzing data and improving customer journeys. You will be responsible for launching new product ranges on the website, driving revenue, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining the site. The ideal candidate is interested in e-commerce, data, and creating amazing online customer experiences. Previous experience is beneficial but not required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver key landing pages, campaigns, and product launches working closely with creative, copy, translations, & various stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across the site
  • Support in the delivery of the revenue plan, lead generation & conversion target
  • Prioritise and implement changes to improve product journeys & region performance
  • Support the senior team in defining and delivering optimisation initiatives
  • Work with the senior team members to identify useful analytics to share from a product, regional & device perspective
  • Collaborate and build relationships with other functions to deliver the changes to the site

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using a content management system is a plus
  • Experience working with & manipulating data
