Summary
Join Bloomreach as an Experience Strategist and collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver successful service projects. Educate customers on industry best practices, demonstrate Bloomreach tools, and help them achieve organizational goals. Become proficient in Bloomreach Search and Merchandising products and stay informed about product developments. Deliver business service engagements to ensure customer proficiency and maximum value from our products. Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to customers, assisting them in developing plans to achieve their objectives. Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and drive towards measured client value. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Commerce technologies, business consulting, or professional services (i.e. worked with clients on how to get the most out of a Commerce SaaS offering proven by measured value)
- Experience leveraging third party analytics reports (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) or other analytics visualisation tools
- Comfort with A/B Testing principals and best practices
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to set and meet expectations
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management skills with experience in multitasking and prioritising effectively
- Natural problem solver and critical thinker with a proactive approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Experience in eCommerce, including site merchandising, marketing, or analytics
- BA/BSc degree
- Willing to travel up to 20%
Responsibilities
- Become proficient in Bloomreach Search and Merchandising products and stay informed about product developments
- Deliver business service engagements to ensure customers are proficient in our products and derive maximum value
- Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to customers, assisting them in developing plans to achieve their objectives
- Suggest optimisations to existing business services to align with customer needs and the product roadmap
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and drive towards measured client value
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive and accountable, with a bias toward action and ownership
- Experience in enterprise SaaS services delivery and customer success
- Experience in learning delivery for international enterprise SaaS audiences
- Familiarity with digital experience landscapes relevant to Bloomreach products
- Additional experience in eCommerce, including site merchandising, marketing, and analytics
