Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ Years of experience working with D365 Field Service
  • 5+ Years of experience working in Solution Architecture
  • 3+ Years of experience working with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate certification
  • Ability to lead architectural design sessions and develop proof-of-concept pilots
  • Advanced English Level

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions for resource scheduling to meet customer requirements effectively
  • Architect and lead the design solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft Field Services Solutions
  • Optimize resource utilization by aligning skills, locations, and availability
  • Equip frontline workers with tools and information to deliver outstanding service
  • Build and maintain service histories for customer assets
  • Ensure system performance, stability, and availability
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into system improvements
  • Work with IT teams to develop and implement system upgrades
  • Monitor system integrations and perform regular health checks
  • Stay updated on D365 features, industry trends, and best practices
  • Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans
  • Lead architectural design sessions and develop proof-of-concept projects
  • Configure default administration areas of the Field Service application
  • Set up and optimize resources, scheduling, and service agreements
  • Manage work orders, incident types, and bookings to ensure seamless operations
  • Configure customer assets and integrate them into the service lifecycle
  • Enhance Field Service applications based on evolving customer requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating D365 with other enterprise applications
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
