10C Financial Institutions is hiring remote Microsoft Dynamics Developers to join their team as freelancers and deliver top-notch solutions for banking clients using Dynamics 365. Candidates should have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience, focused on Dynamics 365
• Minimum 1 year of experience configuring MS Dynamics 365 in the Cloud version
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 functionality and configuration options
• Basic knowledge of DevOps methods and tools, with experience in integrating various systems and data sources
• Proficiency in documenting system configurations, customizations, and changes
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (including PowerApps, Power Automate, React, PCF Controls)
• Excellent communication skills (English - C1, Polish is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate solutions using Dynamics 365 to meet client requirements
• Analyze and translate business needs into solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F/SCM
• Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and deadlines
• Adhere to best practices and maintain compliance with internal and client standards
• Work closely with business analysts to gather requirements and implement technical solutions
• Document system configurations, customizations, and changes using Microsoft tools

Proven experience in banking/ finance institutions
