Requirements

• Completed studies in Informatics, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable education
• First to multiple years of experience in the consulting and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service solutions
• Good knowledge in the configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics Customer Service
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to explain complex matters clearly
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Excellent German and good English language skills

Responsibilities

• Consult customers on the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service solutions in the cloud
• Analyze customer business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals
• Conduct workshops and trainings for customers
• Provide ongoing support for configuration, integration, and customization based on specific customer needs
