  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to explain complex matters clearly
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Excellent German and good English language skills

Responsibilities

  • Consult customers on the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service solutions in the cloud
  • Analyze customer business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals
