Summary

The job is for a Web Engineer position working on an internal Design System Platform project. The role involves designing and implementing components of the platform, collaborating with engineers and architects, and supporting designers in finding optimal solutions for components. The candidate should have at least 4 years of commercial experience as a frontend engineer, deep understanding of web technologies, experience with web component tools (particularly Lit or Stencil), experience with large design systems, cross-functional team experience, and proficiency in English.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as a frontend engineer
• Deep understanding of web technologies: JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks, HTML, CSS
• Experience with tools for creating web components (particularly Lit or Stencil)
• Experience with large design systems
• Cross-functional team experience (product managers, designers, engineers)
• Ability to learn quickly, iterate, and solve problems independently
• Proficiency in English for team communication (speaking and writing)

Responsibilities

• Development of the Design System Platform - designing and implementing components
• Close collaboration with engineers and architects
• Collaboration and support for designers in finding optimal solutions for components

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in open-source communities or standard creation
• Experience with API and web systems (particularly GraphQL)
