Requirements

  • At least 4 years of sales experience in digital media in DACH market
  • Have a strong desire and enthusiasm for sales
  • Established connections with media agencies and direct advertisers
  • Understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, online marketing KPIs and industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from client interactions and data trends
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent German

Responsibilities

  • Work with Direct advertisers, performance agencies and Media agencies
  • Communicate product benefits within the digital technology and revenue ecosystem
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, closing deals independently
  • Accurately forecast new business and revenue growth
  • Work with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives and manage client expectations
  • Develop media plans to meet advertiser goals and negotiate contracts
  • Report updates, feedback, and forecasts, consistently meeting revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of activities using HubSpot
  • Sell to media agencies, brands, ecommerce advertisers, and product owners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in performance marketing
  • Experience with AdTech/MarTech
  • Quick learner with excellent technical skills for campaign implementation and optimization
