Requirements
- Masterโs degree in business or finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A or Transaction Services, with either a proven track record of executing M&A transactions or robust modeling skills
- Highly analytical profile, with strong financial acumen and deep knowledge of valuation techniques
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Perfect command of written and oral English is mandatory
- Advanced skills in Excel & Powerpoint is also mandatory
Responsibilities
- Lead deal execution
- Manage deal pipeline: assess deals eligibility and set priorities leveraging local teamsโ intelligence
- Analyze past catalogue performance, model future cash flows and define target acquisition price
- Negotiate key business and financial terms of the transactions in collaboration with the Catalogue Acquisition Lawyer and the local team (non-binding agreement, asset purchase agreement)
- Coordinate and oversee the conduct of the due diligence process of the assets, including financial, legal, and potential tax reviews
- Prepare post-merger integration kick-off meetings, anticipating any specific issues and onboarding relevant expert teams as early as possible in the acquisition process
- Contribute to catalogue performance monitoring and analysis post-acquisition
- Lead special/ad hoc projects to support scale and strengthen the execution model
- Prepare strategy and deal pipeline presentations on a regular basis
- Participate to process improvement and formalization
- Lead and streamline the sourcing process on a defined geographical scope in collaboration with country and local business heads
