Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial experience in Quality Assurance or software testing
- Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices across various testing types (manual, UI, API, exploratory)
- Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, browser DevTools, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Strong attention to usability and user experience, with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in documenting test plans, test cases, and defects in a structured and organized way
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the QA process within the development team by performing manual tests to ensure functionality, usability, and overall quality with a customer-centric mindset
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers to identify, report, and follow up on defects and areas for improvement
- Support and coordinate QA activities during the release process, including planning, communication, and validation
- Perform REST API testing
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of UI test automation using Playwright, with opportunities to grow your technical skills over time
Preferred Qualifications
Some experience in test automation (especially UI automation using tools like Playwright) is a strong plus
