Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in a customer success or related role
- Be adept at managing customer relationships across diverse brands
- Be technically minded with the desire to learn new systems and engage with product & engineering teams
- Be organized, eager to learn, and enjoy uncovering opportunities to improve efficiency
- Be skilled in employing a consultative approach
- Have a proven ability to quickly understand and address diverse customer needs
- Bring a proven track record of delivering clear, measurable outcomes for customers
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a strong ability to identify trends and implement data-driven strategies
- Be enthusiastic about innovating in the customer success space

- Enjoy doing a wide variety of projects with the ability to be flexible, prioritize effectively and set boundaries with customers

- Help clients optimize the use of the platform
- Identify opportunities for our brands
- Provide strategic recommendations to help clients grow their business
- Focus on client's loyalty, marketing, and online ordering success
- Build trust and help clients utilize products to meet individual brand needs
- Drive strategy for restaurants and make an impact growing brands
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving a Mid-Market or Small Enterprise brick & mortar customer base
- Experience in technical enterprise products such as Online Ordering, Loyalty, Gift Cards and Marketing
