This remote role, open to Canadian residents, involves leading and mentoring a team of 8-10 Mid Market Development Representatives (ADRs). The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of sales experience, 1+ year of team management experience, and a deep understanding of SFDC. Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • 1+ years experience managing a team
  • Strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of SFDC
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor Account Development Representatives
  • Management experience in SaaS or IoT space
  • Strong desire to coach

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of 8-10 Mid Market Development Representatives (ADRs) to exceed their goals through coaching and development
  • Leverage company tools and dashboards to up-level ADR performance
  • Onboard, and mentor ADRs both in person and virtually
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to optimize pipeline and drive revenue
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
  • Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
