Requirements

  • 1+ years of Enterprise Sales Experience, maintaining $5M in business and/or proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative, Account Executive, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Business development mentality and proven experience in revenue-generating roles
  • Good time management skills with a problem-solving approach
  • Positive attitude when working with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to gain business insight, preferably in the home services space, and a thirst for knowledge and drive to learn deeply about our partners’ industries and businesses
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience overseeing customer relationships, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits
  • Solid experience with CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and Microsoft and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Grow and retain revenue generated from Enterprise relationships
  • Manage relationships with midsize service professionals
  • Collaborate with corporate partners on marketing strategies
  • Identify growth areas by analyzing partner performance
  • Deliver on quarterly revenue growth goals
  • Identify opportunities tailored to each partner
  • Provide prompt and accurate answers and solutions to partners
  • Develop client relationships by helping them identify new growth opportunities
  • Review reports to determine whether strategies are working and if changes are required
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all partner matters
  • Create benchmarks to increase account growth and guidance
  • Meet with partners regularly to provide guidance, understand market trends, and identify opportunities
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., close rates, sales funnel process, and busy seasons)
  • Communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate the status of accounts, including risks, opportunities, and anomalies to management

Benefits

  • $75,000 - $90,000 Base of $58k plus quarterly commission OTE $116k
